Yes, babe — you have 15 days to come crawling back. Custom orders? No refunds unless it arrives defective). You pay return shipping. We’ll issue a full refund once it’s back in the simulation (our warehouse.)

Processing time: 2–4 biz days
U.S. shipping: 5–7 biz days
🌍 International orders: can take up to 15 days, depending on your location and the mood of customs.

💥 WHAT IF MY ITEM IS BROKEN/WRONG/NEVER SHOWED UP?
Send an email to hello@giftandgrift.com within 15 days. Attach pics if it's broken — we’ll investigate (probably while sobbing). No refunds for stolen items so make sure shipping address is at a secure location.

Yes, but only before it ships. Once it leaves the simulation, it’s out of our digital claws.
